This quote is deeply profound... It is resonating within me a deep non-linear way of being, deserving of more contemplation. Yet this immediately arose, I wrote this short poem the other day about time...
Renee, if you could only hear the conversation I had with my guides "we really want to come here and play", "I need to rest, we can do it tomorrow". "Ok" (reluctantly) This morning. "Can we go and play now" So here I am with a 'reflection' on your image with a little help............
You can walk on water if you believe you can. Trust in what you FEEL, what you KNOW, not what you were once told. You can make the sky the earth, the earth the sky, they told you that you could not. You see the eyes smiling at you, water doesn't have eyes, of course it does.
You see we ask you to challenge everything you see in a way that you have not felt able to, because of the fear of judgement, of stepping out of line, of being the odd one out. This is an inner KNOWING that comes from a place of divine trust and connection. You stand ON the water, you touch the sky, you survey all in front of you and declare it as yours. To take care of, to be a custodian of, to watch over for Mother Nature, she hands over a small part of this beautiful planet. You hold it in your hand, your own piece of treasure. Each time you open your palm, you are the world, connected, loved, with the power to bring transformational change. Thank you for this lens, thank you for your attention. Louise and co. xx
So good to 'see' you here in this reflection; so lovely that you came out to play, sharing the wisdom of letting loose the grip of the conditioned mind, inviting other ways of knowing and being always already available to us. Of course, this is play!
Your words lend childlike wonder and delight, and they bring a smile. . . .
Wow, I have not read that before from Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, and it's exactly what I needed to read today. Thank you. And you're inspiring me to read his books. Would you recommend The Phenomenon of Man, or are there others of his you prefer?
I'm so glad that timing was good. Thank you for sharing.
I have also read The Divine Milieu, which, too, is profound, and is considered a companion to The Phenomenon of Man, as you likely know. It furthers a Christic view of Life, which, of course, the Catholic Church forbade from publication until posthumously. To me, and I am no expert on Teilhard, but I do call on Phenomenon of Man for the project I am working on, Phenomenon is a starting point for understanding his thought, recognizing the vital impulse in the universe, and indeed, living our days with that recognition. From this recognition, I would say, Divine Milieu then rings a deeper chord of resonance.
Whether you read either or both, I can already see little bubbles surfacing in your own work. . . .
❤️😊
Michael, it's great to 'see' you here. Thank you.
Rilke-
"The future enters into us, in order to transform itself in us, long before it happens."
Megan,
This passage from Rilke is beautiful. Please guide me to it. . . .

.
Time is like a flower
The blossom calling to the bud to open.
The bud calling to the seed to sprout.
The seed calling to the bloom to wilt
and release its seed.
Julie,
Your words and the synchronous timing of them are breathtaking. Thank you so for sharing this poem.
Ars poetica . . . and the pull "toward."
Your words capture the essence, it seems to me, of what Teilhard would hope for us to grasp from the depths of our being.
With love,
Renée
